Animation Test #3

This was an attempt at some visual storytelling using a gimmick similar to a rotating stage. I don’t want to explain the “story” here as this is meant to provoke the viewer, to make them think. To me, the mystery is part of the charm. The main technique here is the colour scheme – focusing on warm tones or cold ones to create a strong contrast between the two scenes, as well as the symmetry putting focus the characters rather than on the rather vibrant background.
